Natasha Overseas(RL-1315) is a government approved manpower agency with Recruiting License No. RL-1315 (NATASHA OVERSEAS) in Bangladesh. We are registered under the ministry of expatriates’ Welfare & Overseas Employment, Bangladesh and also member of Bangladesh Association of International Recruiting Agencies (BAIRA).

NatashaOverseas (RL-1315) realized that there was a need for a professional recruitment agency to bridge the gap between employer and the opportunity seekers/employees and thus the company came into existence. We have also Training & Testing Center to create & maintain quality manpower according to employers need & satisfaction. We have supplied over 8000 workers from 2017-2018 in Malaysia and Maldives mostly in Plantation/Agriculture, Manufacturing, Construction and Service Sectors according to category mainly unskilled/semi-skilled workers. We do arrange workers for Selection Interview and help them to send work destination.

We mainly export job seekers/employees to Malaysia, Maldives, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Turkmenistan and others countries. We have dispatched almost forty thousand workers since last 30 years mainly skilled, semi-skilled& un-skilled around the world.

A Malaysian citizen holding Malaysia nationality, educated and graduated in accountancy, gained invaluable experience throughout his career development. This shaped him into an action- and result-oriented individual who strongly emphasizes integrity, adherence, and compliance with policies and procedures. An optimist rather than a pessimist, he always sees opportunities in every difficulty rather than difficulties in every opportunity and is a calculated risk-taker.

He acquired tertiary education in Accountancy at a renowned university in Malaysia before pursuing a Certified Professional Accounting Program under a sponsorship contract with a Certified Public Accountant firm. This foundation enabled him to gain a vast and wide range of experience mainly in accounting and auditing processes, compliance with Acts, Standards, Rules and Regulations, internal control systems, tax consultancy, company secretarial matters, management consulting, and receivership services.

He later joined Telekom Malaysia Berhad, a Public Limited and Government-Linked Company (GLC), as an Internal Audit Executive. His role in the Audit Division primarily involved ensuring the effectiveness of internal control systems and compliance with approved policies, procedures, and Standard Operating and Accounting Policies. He further advanced his career as a Senior Executive with Faber Group Berhad, a Public Limited Company within the Renong Group of Companies, one of Malaysia’s giant conglomerates with strong government and political linkage.

Subsequently, he joined KOBENA Berhad, a national cooperative with significant political linkage, as part of Senior Management. Many of its former directors and senior management later became prominent politicians holding key national positions, including Prime Minister, Cabinet Ministers, Members of Parliament, Senators, State Executive Council Members, and State Assemblymen. The cooperative’s core activities include property development, consumer product trading, construction, and exclusive sole import and distribution of the world-renowned Italian motorcycle apparel brand SPIDI across Southeast Asia.

Thereafter, he co-founded and led a Private Limited Company established for a special-purpose national program to organize and manage a sub-sector of Malaysia’s national youth initiative known as “Rakan Muda” under the Ministry of Youth and Sports. “Rakan Muda” was a flagship program launched by the Prime Minister of Malaysia, aimed at guiding youth toward healthy and productive activities aligned with their interests.

He also founded a company positioned to become a key player in Malaysia’s future aquaculture industry. Through extensive engagement with local and international stakeholders and participation in specialized courses both locally and abroad, he built strong industry knowledge, networks, and professional rapport, supporting his long-term passion for aquaculture and agriculture ventures.

His extensive experience and professional network are valuable assets to Natasha Group, where he has contributed significantly, effectively, and efficiently to the company’s strong development over the past several consecutive years.

As Regional Director of Natasha Group, he also serves as Regional Director of Natasha Overseas (RL-1315). In this role, he focuses on sourcing and marketing to secure job offers, demand letters, and related documentation from reputable employers for overseas manpower recruitment.

Leveraging his strong employer network and market expertise, he plays a key role in building strategic partnerships, identifying genuine job opportunities, and ensuring a consistent flow of verified employment offers. His contributions have significantly strengthened the growth of Natasha Overseas and reinforced its reputation as a reliable and trusted recruitment partner in the region.
